De Server

Uiteraard behoord installatie van uw servers ook tot ons takenpakket, hoewel u zou zeggen dat dit maar een éénmalige actie is neemt dit niet weg dat dit goed en secuur moet gebeuren. Er komt namelijk veel meer bij kijken als enkel een Operating System erop zetten. De server moet tenslotte de basis worden van uw bedrijf; een rots in de branding, het kloppend hart van uw IT omgeving.

PC Maasland verzorgd de hardware en assembleert deze. Vervolgens configureren wij de hardware matige RAID opstelling, installeren uw Operating System en updaten deze naar de laatste versie. Nadat de server de pre-install fase heeft doorlopen en wij de rest van uw order compleet hebben komen we bij u op locatie om de server te plaatsen.

Wij gebruiken Enterprise producten van Hewlett Packard (HP) om u het meeste waar en kwaliteit voor uw geld te geven. Hardware van HP is niet alleen erg betrouwbaar maar heeft ook een extreem goede support en garantie afhandeling; zo is de: Next Business Day Onsite uitermate geschikt voor bedrijven welke geen dag zonder hun server kunnen.

Zodra wij op de locatie zijn aangekomen zullen wij een stappenplan uitzetten om zo uw server; als nieuw netwerk of in het bestaande netwerk te plaatsen. Dit moet natuurlijk goed bedacht zijn aangezien wij een productie omgeving ingaan en er geen fout marge is.

Nadat dit voltooid is; is het tijd om eventuele data te kopiëren en uw eigen applicaties te installeren op de server. Als dit goed draait op de server, helemaal up-to-date en getest is gaan wij door naar de werkstations. Uiteraard is het afhankelijk van de situatie (installatie) of wij ook werkzaamheden moeten uitvoeren op de werkstations. Kortom er zijn genoeg werkzaamheden om rekening mee te houden als u een nieuwe server of server omgeving wilt plaatsen.
